The Millworks Project is a community-benefit project in Bellingham, Washington. This Privacy Policy explains how Whatcom Community Foundation (“WCF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, protects, and shares information through the Millworks Project websites:

Together, these are referred to as the “Sites.”

  • Donation-related information when you choose to support The Millworks through a third-party donation platform

  • Pages viewed, links selected, referring website, and approximate location
  • Date, time, and duration of visits

The Millworks Sites do not directly collect or store complete payment card information. Donations made through external platforms are subject to the privacy practices, terms, and security procedures of those platforms and Whatcom Community Foundation.

The Sites may use cookies and similar technologies that help the Sites function, remember preferences, measure website performance, and understand visitor engagement.

Consumer Health Data

The Sites are not intended to collect consumer health data. Please do not submit health information, medical information, or other sensitive personal information through the Sites.

Washington residents may have rights to confirm whether consumer health data is being collected, access certain information, withdraw consent, and request deletion where required by applicable law.

Children’s Privacy

The Sites are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Sites, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
